Tom Ragatz is an honors graduate of the UW School of Commerce, and a 1961 graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School where he earned the Order of the Coif.  Tom  practiced law in Dane County from 1961 to 2002, mostly with Foley & Lardner, where he became managing partner.  He practiced in the areas of tax, corporate, real estate and trust law.  A former President of the Dane County Bar Association, he is active in civic activities in the Madison Area, and splits his time between Madison and Sanibel, Florida.
